Q: Is BUGTOPIA family-friendly?
A: Yes. All ages are welcome. The expo is designed for families, hobbyists, collectors, and nature lovers.

Q: What will be at the event?
A: Live insects, preserved natural-history specimens, rare plants, insect art and supplies, educational exhibits, workshops, and specialty vendors.

Q: How do tickets work?
A: Tickets are sold through TicketSpice.
• General Admission: adults 13+ — $20 + $2 attendee fee; children 4–12 — $15 + $2 attendee fee; ages 3 and under — free with a required ticket.
• Two-Day VIP: adults — $75 + $4 attendee fee; children — $60 + $4 attendee fee. VIP includes early entry both days, one BUGTOPIA shirt, a tote bag, and a VIP lanyard.
TicketSpice/card processing charges are calculated at checkout.

Q: What is timed entry?
A: Choose an arrival window at checkout. It controls when you may enter—not how long you may stay. You may arrive later, but not earlier, and stay until closing. Please do not line up more than 15 minutes early.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: Door availability and pricing have not been announced. Purchase online through TicketSpice to secure your preferred arrival window.

Q: Where is the event?
A: Roebbelen Center @the Grounds, 700 Event Center Drive, Roseville, CA 95678.

Q: What are the event hours?
A: Saturday — VIP 9:00 AM; General Admission 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Sunday — VIP 10:00 AM; General Admission 11:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes. Parking is $15 per vehicle, per day.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Only service animals are permitted inside the venue.

Q: Can I bring outside food or drinks?
A: Outside food and drink may be restricted. Check current venue policies before attending.

Q: How can I become a vendor?
A: 2027 vendor applications are open. Booths are $225 Single, $325 Corner, $425 In-Line, $575 Endcap, and $1,050 Island. Electricity is $75 per booth and must be requested in advance. Booths include two badges for 1–2 tables and four badges for 4+ tables; additional badges are $15 each. The first vendor vehicle is free; a second vehicle is $30. An application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a booth.

Q: Are workshop and hotel details available?
A: The 2027 workshop schedule and official hotel information are coming soon.

Q: Can I change or transfer my ticket?
A: Use the Manage My BUGTOPIA Tickets link in your confirmation email to view, resend, print, or transfer eligible tickets. Contact the BUGTOPIA team for arrival-window changes.

Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Tickets are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Review the terms shown during checkout.

Q: Is the venue accessible?
A: Yes. Roebbelen Center @the Grounds is accessible. Contact the BUGTOPIA team before the event if you need specific accommodations.
